Responsibilities :
- Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and effective sales techniques.
- Consistently exceed manufacturer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through rapport-building and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain dealership reputation.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to adhere to sales processes while providing personalized customer experiences.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
