Senior Benefits Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Benefits to oversee and manage health and welfare and retirement plan administration in the United States.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day activities of benefit and retirement plan offeringsManage external service providers and address employee benefit inquiriesLead the annual open enrollment process and ensure compliance with legal requirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field7+ years of experience managing Health & Welfare and Defined Contribution plans7+ years of experience working with applicable healthcare laws (ACA, CAA, HIPAA, etc.
Deep experience managing a self-funded health plan for a large employerExperience working with SAP & ARIBA tools
