Seeking a Jr. Project Manager to support our federal government customer. This is a new opportunity where we will be assessing the workstreams and processes to identify strategies to optimize resources while ensuring activities don’t overlap within the different teams across the agency.
The MSTI team will identify key inefficiencies within and across multiple activities to include program / project management, administrative support, data collection / research, financial analysis, business process analysis, human capital, organizational performance improvement, strategic planning and implementation and communications to build an enduring, accountable and responsive organization that provides appropriate resources, and direction to accomplish mission goals.
The role of the Jr. Project Manager will be assist in the management of small scale projects encompassing small tasks with a total lifecycle budget and complexity comparable to the task order at hand.
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives in accordance with the customer technical requirements.
- Compile and analyze technical data.
- Advise stakeholders and customers on complex system projects and activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define communication systems and equipment requirements.
- Provide instruction on and performing and documenting quality assurance reviews.
Qualifications
- BA / BS Degree
- Requires 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge and experienced in the use of the following programs; Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint and Power BI.
- Collaborative team player with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and self-driven.
- Excellent organization skills and project tracking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and develop productive working relationships with resources and dependent teams.
- Must be able to obtain a National Agency Check Inquires (NACI).
