Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, is seeking a Program Manager for a growth opportunity providing a suite of services promoting and / or developing the effective use of technology by establishing and maintaining enterprise-wide solutions.
This role is in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the US Coast Guard (USCG).
This position is located in Washington, Job Functions
- Oversee the delivery of Agile development and full lifecycle support of modernized and legacy systems & applications (preventative, corrective, and adaptive maintenance) for all current and future USCG Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) developed and maintained by the C5ISC.
- Manage and provide guidance to a team of technical experts and subcontractors in the execution of the contract.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the USCG and other government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the contract.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including cybersecurity and privacy requirements.
Minimum Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and full lifecycle support of modernized and legacy systems & applications.
- Knowledge of Coast Guard IT systems and applications preferred.
- Experience with managing large government contracts preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
