- Accurately weigh raw materials using scales and measuring tools to ensure compliance with formulationrequirements.-Blend raw materials according to master production formulas, ensuring uniformity and quality of the mix.
- Calibrate and maintain weighing and blending equipment to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.-Record and document batch production details, including weights, measures, and batch numbers, fortraceability and quality control purposes.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for weighing and blending tasks, adhering to safety andquality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot any discrepancies or issues in raw material quality, weight, or blend consistency,reporting these to the supervisor for corrective action.
- Perform work as directed by immediate team lead or supervisor.
