Job Title : Superintendent (Immediate Need) High-End Restaurant Construction
Location : Dade & Broward Counties, FL
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a leading construction company that specializes in high-end, ground-up restaurant projects .
These roles are based locally in Dade and Broward counties , with no relocation offered.
Superintendent Compensation :
- Base Salary : Up to $120K
- Total Compensation Package : Around $136K, including paid overtime
- Yearly Bonus : Average $8-10K, contingent on project profitability
- Yearly Reviews : Performance-based raises, averaging 3.5%
- Additional Benefits :
- $75 monthly cell reimbursement
- Mileage reimbursement for travel over 20 miles round trip
Superintendent Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee high-end, ground-up restaurant construction projects from start to finish, typically within a 20-week timeframe.
- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and successful project completion.
Superintendent Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in General Contracting.
- Experience with high-end restaurant builds; kitchen build experience is a huge plus.
- Strong leadership and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage ground-up construction projects through to completion.
