Position Overview :
The CommUNITY Retail Specialists are an integral part of our Greyson Pack! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue and brand awareness.
You will provide an exemplary client experience focused on personal styling, relationship building, and sharing product knowledge.
A genuine passion for the brand and customer service is a must.
This role is in our Grand Rapids, Michigan store
Duties & Responsibilities :
Welcome customers to the store and build genuine relationships to identify customer needs.
Provide product knowledge to our clients regarding products and services we offer.
Monitor inventory to ensure sales floor is properly stocked and merchandised at all times.
Enter and process customer orders with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Support with the operational needs of the business.
High level of dependability and punctuality-arrive to work on time and sales floor ready.
Experience & Skills Requirements :
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
