Sr Financial Billing Associate
What does a Financial Billing Associate do at Fiserv?
You will provide key support to the day-to-day functions of the Finance Shared Services billing team. You will manage incoming requests and respond to a wide variety of revenue impacting transactions including monitoring, processing, implementing and recording complex transactions.
What you will do :
This role will heavily support revenue assurance, billing audits, and month-end End Close processes. Recovery of automated billing files, billing accuracy testing, invoice trending, and validation of results are core responsibilities.
Prepare analysis and reporting on month-end close processes over controls for invoicing, reviewing of financial systems processes, and mapping of new products or expansion of existing product line plans in collaboration with multiple business divisions.
Divisions supported are full-service credit, debit, fraud, voice, network, merchant, and output services. Engage in quarterly and annual audit reviews as requested.
This role will represent billing in projects for migration, integration, and shared services strategies. Recovery of automated billing files, billing accuracy testing, and validation of results are core responsibilities.
What you will need to have :
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience
1 plus years professional work experience
Advanced MS Excel
What would be great to have :
Order-to-Cash experience within an ERP platform
Oracle, MS Dynamics, or SAP experience desired
