What We're Looking For (Required Skills)
Proven experience in B2B Collections.
Direct experience working with leasing accounts / collections.
Demonstrated history of providing solid customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience with accounting and cash application.
The Ideal Candidate
A Degree is preferred, especially in Finance or Business.

Responsibilities
You will be the vital link between our company and our business customers, focused on the timely recovery of outstanding B2B accounts :
Heavy Outbound Calling : Spend significant time on the phone performing heavy outbound collection calling to business customers.
Relationship Focus : Drive successful collections through excellent customer service skills and professional interaction with high-value clients.
Account Expertise : Manage complex accounts with specific experience in leasing collections. (We are not looking for third-party collections experience.)
Financial Administration : Utilize your knowledge of accounting and cash application principles.
System Proficiency : Use strong Excel and Word skills daily for reporting, tracking, and communication.
Communication : Maintain professional relationships using strong writing and communication skills .
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 1st shift, 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week
This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Tuesday and Wednesday with an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in-office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs. Also, for training purposes, the candidate must report to the Mount Laurel, NJ office for the 1st 30 days.
Pay : $18.00 - $22.00
