Financial Business Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Business Analyst to work out of our Headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The role will be assisting in the delivery of general accounting daily processing and month end closing activities to ensure they are completed in line with business objectives.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Finance Operations area
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Finance Operations area
• Certified Zurich Insurance Apprentice, including Associates Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Finance Operations area
• Knowledge of financial (debt ?) collections practices and procedures
• Knowledge of accounting standards and practice

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Highly preferred
• Knowledge of General Ledger Account Reconciliations and Journal entry processing
• Strong verbal and written and communication skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Insurance industry experience
