Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Crossfit Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, personal training, and various exercise modalities.
Responsibilities
- Lead Crossfit classes for individuals and groups of varying fitness levels
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and safety during workouts
- Develop personalized training programs based on individual goals and abilities
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support overall health
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Skills
- Experience in fitness sales and personal training
- Knowledge of sports coaching, gym operations, group fitness and nutrition
- Ability to educate clients on physiology and body mechanics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified Crossfit Trainer or relevant fitness certification is a plus
