Job Description :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-operative patients in the Colorectal Surgery & Urology unit
- Assist with chest tube insertion, central lines, wound vac changes, and other procedures
- Assess patient needs and coordinate care plans with the nursing team
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and document patient care
- Evaluate and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions
- Collaborate with Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses for ostomy and wound care
- Maintain standards of professional nursing and ensure quality patient care
