Regional Sales Director - Pacific North West

Location : 100% Remote - must be based in San Francisco Bay or Seattle.

Salary Expectations : Up to $350,000 OTE per annum with 50 / 50 split

I'm currently working with a High Growth, Series C CyberSecurity start up with a unique CyberSecurity product that has been proven to reduce customer's risk by 95%.

Their target customer is the biggest customers out there and they have been growing their customer base very well amongst their target audience.

Last quarter, they closed 10 Fortune 500 companies with multimillion dollar deal sizes.

Since their target customer is large companies, they are looking for a Sales Director who has experience selling CyberSecurity products from a start up to Fortune 500 companies across the PNW.

This role has a massive opportunity for progression and to build up relationships and the region from scratch. You would be one of the first in this region and the ability to work your way up to management and leadership opportunities.

They are also offering one of the best packages on the market. The CEO is a believer in keeping normal start up quotas despite their large multi million dollar deal sizes meaning that your ability to overachieve against quota and hit accelerators is much higher than usual.

Everyone in the company overachieved against quota last year.

Responsibilities as Strategic Sales Director :

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and other sales team members to identify and grow opportunities
  • Demonstrate the product and train customers to use products effectively
  • Provide product development teams with customer's feedback to help identify potential new features or products
  • Work with Customer Success to report on product and services performance and customer satisfaction

The ideal profile would have :

  • Experience working at an early stage CyberSecurity Start Up
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies across San Francisco Bay and Washington
  • Experience closing multi million dollar deals
  • A strong book of contacts of CISOs / CIOs
