As a Home Health Care Liaison, you will play a crucial role in connecting patients with our high-quality home health care services.
You will be responsible for building relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Job Type : Full-time, Part-time
Salary : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours : 20 30 per week
