Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls and walk in customers.
- Take payments from customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Verify customer contact and information.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and forms
- Schedule appointments for team to meet prospective customers.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
