Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage options trading strategies across various markets and products.
- Conduct quantitative research and analysis to identify trading opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with technology and infrastructure teams to enhance trading systems and tools.
- Monitor market trends, perform risk management, and adjust strategies in real-time to maximize profitability.
- Contribute to the firm's overall trading strategy and growth initiatives in the options market.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Quantitative Trader with a focus on options trading.
- Strong understanding of options markets, including pricing, volatility, and risk management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++ for quantitative analysis and strategy development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strongmunication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Finance, Mathematics,puter Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
