Interested? Here's what you'd do : -Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to : -Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Identifies / labels CCAs & LRUs.
- Integrates / assembles CCAs to chassis sub-assemblies. -Performs mechanical rework per rework instructions. -Performs final unit level clean-up.
- Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned. -Performs conformal coat removal, conformal coat touch up, bonding on CCAs.
- Performs wire prep and basic wire wrap by understanding how to read and follow the Wire List, Cut List, and Work Instructions.
- Requires some assistance or instructions from the manufacturing engineer with normal drawing documentation data package.
- Can perform more complex assembly with engineering assistance-Performs solder rework on CCAs with through hole and SMT components -Performs Wire Wrap at all levels from connector assembly to final unit assembly.
- Comprehends our documentation such as DWGs, PLs, WLs, ECNs, EOs, and Work Instructions enough to identify any errors / required changes.
- Requires minimal assistance or instructions from the manufacturing engineer with normal drawing documentation data package.
