Position Overview : Trophy Point Investment Group is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Loan Processing Operations Processor to support our loan processing team.

This full-time contractor position involves handling various operational tasks within the loan processing department, ensuring smooth and timely processing of loan applications.

The Loan Processing Operations Processor will report directly to the Loan Processing Operations Manager and play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Application Processing : Assist in the processing of loan applications, including data entry, document collection, and verification.
• Operational Support : Provide support in managing and executing operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans.
• Documentation Management : Review, organize, and maintain loan documentation, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and accurately recorded.
• Quality Assurance : Perform quality checks on loan files and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordination : Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting, loan servicing, and customer service, to facilitate smooth loan processing and address any operational issues.
• Reporting : Assist in generating and maintaining operational reports, tracking performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Customer Service : Respond to inquiries related to loan processing, provide status updates, and assist with resolving any issues that arise during the processing stage.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the Loan Processing Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan processing or a similar operational role.
• Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in loan processing software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling loan documentation and data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other departments.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
