Position Overview : Patriot Title is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
This remote full-time role involves managing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and supporting various departments to achieve organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of optimizing business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Management :
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of Patriot Title, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Process Optimization :
- Review and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and reduce redundancies.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across the organization.
- Team Support and Collaboration :
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with different departments, including Loan Processing, Underwriting, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the training and development of staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance :
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all operational activities.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and key metrics to senior management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5years of experience in operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operational principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
