Position Overview : Patriot Title is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.

This remote full-time role involves managing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and supporting various departments to achieve organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Management :
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of Patriot Title, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Process Optimization :
• Review and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and reduce redundancies.
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across the organization.
• Team Support and Collaboration :
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with different departments, including Loan Processing, Underwriting, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in the training and development of staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance :
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all operational activities.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Reporting and Analysis :
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and key metrics to senior management.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5years of experience in operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operational principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
