Produce Manager

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Produce Manager for our store located in Brockton, MA.
Job Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in produce department operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of produce varieties, handling, and storage techniques.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift more than 40lbs. boxes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities :
As a Produce Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Ensuring the highest standards of product quality, freshness, presentation, and customer service.
Leading and developing a team to create an inviting and profitable department that exceeds customer expectations.
Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control standards for all produce items.
Creating attractive and effective product displays that showcase variety, freshness, and value.
Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing waste.
Supervising, training, and coaching the produce team to ensure optimal performance.
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries with expertise and enthusiasm.
Achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective merchandising, pricing, and inventory control.
