Benefits :About the Role :
We seek a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team at The Dalles Inn, a part of VIP Hospitality Group LLC.
As a Night Auditor, you will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the hotel's nightly operations, including check-in / check-out processes.
- Verify and balance daily financial transactions, including room charges and cash payments.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and staff
- Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel during the night shift
Schedule : Friday - Sunday 11P to 7A
Requirements :
- Prior experience in hotel front desk operations or accounting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
