Job Summary / Basic Functions

The Associate Director, a key figure, will serve as the admissions counselors' team lead. In addition, they will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the Admissions Office, ensuring proper coverage and diligent follow-up on daily visits.

The Associate Director will also work alongside the Enrollment Marketing team, contributing to social media strategy, utilizing ZeeMee software, and conducting FAFSA workshops and recruitment event presentations on the Financial Aid and Housing process.

Minimum Qualifications

Education : Master’s Degree is required.

Experience : Two years of related work experience is required.

Experience as an Admissions Counselor, Assistant Director, student ambassador, orientation leader, tour guide, resident leader, or similar student involvement work is desirable.

Licensure & Certifications : Valid state driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications :

Job Duties :

• 40% - Identify and recruit undergraduate students to the University - (Essential)
• 40% - Serve as a strategist for the admissions office on marketing strategy, off and on-campus recruitment workshops, and act as office liaison in ZeeMee software. - (Essential)
• 15% - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the admissions office - (Essential)
• 5% - Work in cooperation and collaboration with other university departments and complete all other duties as assigned - (Essential)
