YOUR TYPICAL DAY
As an HVAC Dispatcher, you start your day by diving into service requests and coordinating with our expert technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
Your phone skills shine as you handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians to homes and businesses.
Keeping our scheduling system updated is your forte, and you are the reassuring voice keeping customers informed every step of the way.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS DISPATCH ROLE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working in an office setting with a minimum of 20% of daily duties assisting customers over the phone
- General computer competency, including at least one year of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work overtime with little notice (occasional weekend hours may be required)
