Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing and repairing their vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with vehicles and be well-versed in the latest automotive technologies, including ADAS systems.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive problems using specialized hand tools and schematics
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify issues and provide detailed estimates for repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the dealership satisfied and informed about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automotive technology and industry developments
- Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Participate in continuing education and training to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Skills :
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Experience working with most vehicles and familiarity with their specific systems
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and their application
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Familiarity with schematics and the ability to read and interpret them effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Proficiency in estimating and billing for repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with hand tools and the ability to use them safely and effectively
- Willingness to maintain and update knowledge of ADAS systems and their integration into modern vehicles
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : From $18-$27 an hour
Expected hours : 45 per week
