As a data analyst mid or senior on the Human Resources Process team, you'll analyze and extract data from multiple systems to create complex data sets.
You’ll analyze and translate your analysis into recommendations and conclusions that answer customer’s business questions or support their decision making.
Utilizing non-statistical and statistical analysis methods, you’ll outline your analytical strategy and translate the data into an understandable work product (e.
g., presentations, dashboards, KPI’s) tailored for diverse audiences that often includes senior leaders of the company.
This is a remote position.
Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience
- This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates
Preferred Skills
- Advanced skills in designing, developing, and implementing Tableau or Power BI dashboards and front-end visualization
- Highly proficient in programming skills (i.e., SQL, SAS, and Alteryx)
- Translate complex, technical information from multiple sources into simple and engaging visuals for a less-technical audience to understand.
- Full understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically skills in Excel including v-look-up, and Microsoft PowerPivot
Compensation
- $63,800-$102,800 / year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
