Client in Los Angeles is seeking a Universal Banker / Teller to work onsite

Location : Downtown Los Angeles, CA

Remote or In Office : In Office

Hours : M-F 8 : 30am-5pm

Parking Details : parking is provided

Job Title : Universal Banker

Pay : $25 / hr-$28 / hr

Duration : temp-to-hire

Primary Job Duties :

• Greet and assist bank clients and provides them exceptional service.
• Perform a variety of routine banking transactions (teller and platform)
• Participates in opening and closing branch procedures
• Able to handle high volume of calls
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, Checks cashing, loan payments and other transactions such as issuing cashier's checks.
• Conduct daily proof of ATM and cash on hand.
• Assist in opening and closing the vault daily; assists in balancing vault currently and coin.
• Be able to refer the customers to the appropriate team members for their banking needs.
• Balances cash drawer daily.

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Knowledge of banking rules and regulations
• Effective communication skills
• MUST BE Bilingual : Persian OR Korean / Mandarin / Cantonese
