Position Summary

This position assists in all aspects of the organization’s quality assurance, compliance, and enterprise risk management programs.

The Quality Assurance Analyst conducts reviews and audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality audit standards.

This position documents audit results, provides data, and analyzes trends for management.

Essential Duties

Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.)

1. Reviews, inspects and audits a variety of financial, operational, government and mission records to assess compliance with standards.

2. Collects, maintains and organizes data from multiple sources.

3. Tracks, reports, and follows up on audit findings and prepares trend analyses for management review.

4. Analyzes data to identify process improvement opportunities from audit results.

5. Develops and provides technical assistance and training to staff on quality assurance matters..

6. Monitors changes in regulatory, funding and accreditation requirements.

7. Supports implementation of new and revised internal controls.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Education / Experience / Certificates / Security Clearance

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
  • 2 Years' experience in a related field required.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record are required.
  • Associates in this position will be required to successfully pass both state and federal criminal background checks and sex offender check.
  • Ability to operate PC, proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Physical Demands / Work Environment / Work Conditions

  • General Office Position - The associate is required to lift up to 10 pounds maximum.
  • The associate works in a general office environment and is infrequently exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.).
  • Occasional travel within the Goodwill service territory may be required.
  • The associate will primarily work from home and must have access to high-speed internet. Costs of the internet service or other necessary hardware will not be reimbursed.
