We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Supervisor to ensure the integrity, purity, and quality of products throughout all stages of production.
This role will oversee Quality Control Technicians and enforce ABS standard operating procedures and relevant regulations.
Mon-Fri 3 : 30pm-11 : 30pm
Pay starting at $65k+
Direct hire, permanent position
Located in northeast Omaha
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and train Quality Control staff.
- Inspect equipment and materials to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Manage product label inventory, raw material quarantine, sampling, and release.
Requirements :
- Higher education in Chemistry or related field; BS preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing.
- 2+ years Supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using lab instruments, computer programs, and quality control methods.
Physical & Mental Abilities :
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English for effective communication.
