Our client, an association based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team and spearhead all social media initiatives!
Responsibilities :
- Create, post, and share social media content across multiple platforms.
- Develop and manage a detailed digital content calendar that encompasses organization-wide campaigns.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare social media strategies and achieve campaign goals.
- Coordinate meeting and team event logistics and agendas.
- Responsible for all paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of social media and digital marketing experience is required.
- A Bachelors degree is required for this role.
- Strong experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video-editing.
- Comfortable utilizing project management software such as Asana or Monday.com.
- High level of detail orientation with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Additional Information :
- Salary range of $80K-$85K, DOE.
- Comprehensive benefits plan including retirement match!
- Hybrid schedule of 3x / week in the Washington, DC office.
- Covid-19 vaccination is required.
