Well Control Equipment Supervisor
Supervise and / or provide guidance for repair and return all well control equipment performed. Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturers to witness offsite assembly and testing of well control equipment. Ensure that equipment is repaired in accordance with the OEM / CEM standards and Inspection Test Plan. Prioritize repairs to ensure that Noble fleet needs are met in a timely fashion. Participate in root cause analysis investigations when applicable. Track and consolidate idle equipment to ensure inclusion in a repair, preservation, or asset disposal plan. Monitor and maintain asset preservation on idle equipment.
DUTIES :
Manage COC suspension program for any idle equipment. Provide supervision of all subsea equipment repairs performed. Supervise and / or provide guidance for disassembly, inspection and repair of subsea equipment sent to vendors for overhaul or inspection. Track the schedule of all equipment repairs to ensure timely completion. Supervise and witness all factory acceptance tests of repaired equipment. Supervise and witness factory acceptance tests of new manufacture equipment for all systems if so directed by Subsea Systems Manager. Record repair and return process via work orders in the Noble Maintenance System. Support Subsea Systems Manager with repair and return budget. Provide supplementary oversight of divisional repairs, modifications and new build equipment factory acceptance tests. Ensure that equipment is repaired in accordance with the OEM standards and that the OEM QA / QC plans are adhered to. Set priorities of equipment repairs to ensure that Noble fleet needs are met in a timely fashion. Issue weekly report on equipment status. Work with rig subsea personnel to find necessary equipment for equipment change-outs. Track PO status for equipment under repair to ensure rigs are placing purchase orders in a timely fashion. Complete work orders to document repairs within the Noble Maintenance System.
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
60 months of experience in any occupation in well control or subsea equipment repair and overhaul.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
Must have experience in Hydril control pods Gen 2 & Gen 2 PLC, Cameron Control pods MK3.0, NOV control pods 5th and 6th Gen., HMH Seaonyx Including subsea electronic modules.
