Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Telecommunications Technician for a long-term assignment supporting a military program in Arlington, VA.
This position is fully on site, M-F, 8 hours a day.

Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Technician :
- Support Avaya / Cisco UC VOIP and telephony
- Implement and troubleshoot voice solutions / incidents / outages
- Monitor, test, implement revisions / patches / system refreshes
- Operational maintenance for telecommunications and wireless devices
- Fiber and copper cable management
Requirements for the Telecommunications Technician :
- ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years of experience in telecommunications
- Avaya or Cisco UC phone system experience
- Fiber and copper installation / support experience (termination, testing, installing)
- Active Security+ or similar IAT II certification
Compensation for the Telecommunications Technician :
- Annual Salary : $75,000-$80,000 *depending on experience
