Description

We are currently seeking a Lead Captain for our Part 91 / 135 Gulfstream G-650 based in Van Nuys, CA KVNY . The ideal candidate should have a track record of leadership capabilities and demonstrated crew as well as owner communications and management skills.

Candidates must be typed and current Captains residing within a two-hour drivable commute. Commuters with a reasonable commute time may be considered.

Operation : Part 91 / 135; approximately 250 to 300 hours annually

Compensation / Benefits : $295,000 to $365,000; fully paid medical / healthcare premium.

Qualifications

Requirements :

• All candidates must apply from claylacy.com / careers to be considered.
• Demonstrated Lead Captain experience.
• Minimum requirements include 5,000 hours of total time, 3,000 hours of PIC time, and 1,000 hours of Turbine time.
• ATP and Type Certification are strongly preferred with a minimum of 200 hours in Type.
• Candidates should reside within a two-hour drive time, however, commuters with reasonable commute time may be considered.

Individuals considering relocation should clearly indicate this on their resume or cover letter with an estimated timeframe.

• Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
• Comply with all Federal Aviation regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies & procedures.
• Must be able to pass DOT / FAA drug screening, and background checks and submit to random drug / alcohol tests when required.
• Full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including Medical as well as completion of a disclosure form, will be required as part of the application process.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Positions in this classification are considered safety-sensitive under DOT / FAA drug and alcohol regulations.
