Job Summary / Company :
Sparks Group, partnered with a leading, dynamic insurance and financial services organization, is in search of an eager and detail-oriented Billing Assistant to support the billing department during a period of system updates.
The Billing assistant will process and reconcile payments, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies, in addition to providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and maintaining detailed records.

Responsibilities :
- Reconcile incoming payments against records
- Process payments through multiple systems
- Verify payment accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain detailed records and documentation
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of billing or collections experience
- Strong proficiency in standard office software including Excel
- Preferable experience with Lawson
