PuroClean Fire & Water Damage Specialists is ready to hire a full-time Team Lead that exceeds customer expectations while overseeing world-class execution of jobs.

This is accomplished by providing excellent leadership for your crew and ensuring proper and thorough documentation.

The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm with a mandatory on-call rotation. As a Lead Technician, you can depend on a competitive wage of $18-$22 / hour, plus, bonus and health insurance assistance depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience working in the restoration mitigation industry
  • IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in either Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform typical tasks associated with the job
  • Basic tech skills to use a smartphone / tablet and relevant software
  • Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after hours, weekends, or holidays
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Use of power tools and different types of industry related tools
