Senior Mechanical Engineer (Hiring Immediately)

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and grow our mechanical engineering team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, youll manage project execution, mentor and build a team of engineers, and engage in business development and client relationship building. Key Responsibilities :

Lead HVAC and plumbing design for a variety of building types

Manage and mentor a growing team of mechanical engineers

Provide technical direction and oversight across project phases

Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants

Participate in business development, proposal writing, and client engagement

Offer construction support and consulting during project delivery

Contribute to firm-wide strategic growth initiatives

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required

10+ years of consulting experience in the AEC (Architecture / Engineering / Construction) industry

Minimum 8 years of hands-on HVAC and plumbing design experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Business development experience is preferred

Active industry involvement is a plus
