As an Estimator, your key responsibilities will be to evaluate bid specifications and drawings, attending pre-bid meetings, soliciting material and subcontractor quotes and ensuring that everything required to successfully bid and win the project is accomplished.
This position will also work with Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business. It is essential to be forward thinking, performance driven and quality focused.
Critical for success are the abilities to work independently and produce highly accurate work in a timely manner. The anticipated salary range is $85,000 - $128,000 annually.
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes :
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, 3-7 years of experience estimating heavy civil construction projects, or equivalent combination of both
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Working knowledge of estimating and scheduling software
- Negotiation experience
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
