We are seeking a Registered Architect to step into a leadership role as a Project Manager, with partnership potential after the first year.
With our own office and parking lot, you’ll enjoy convenience and a professional environment. Our focus is on commercial projects, with some industrial and residential work, and we're eager to expand into the municipal project arena.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Registered Architect position include :
- Licensed Architect in NY (NJ licensure is a plus)
- Extensive knowledge of NYCDOB, DOT, NYSDEC, DEP, City Planning, and Parks agencies' filing and requirements
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, and residential projects
- Proficiency in CAD, REVIT, or Sketchup is beneficial but not essential
- Strong project management skills and ability to navigate permit filing processes
- Ability to mentor junior staff and act as a future Principal of the firm
- Leadership skills with a long-term vision for firm growth
- Ability to manage and close projects independently without micromanagement
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, dental, 401K, 3 weeks PTO, and partnership potential within 1-2 years.
