DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- 4 year degree in construction or engineering is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with an emphasis on Healthcare & Data Center projects preferred.
- Self-starter that takes sincere pride in your work.
- Have a stable work history.
- Maintain strong work and personal ethics.
- Complete understanding of how to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
- Develop long-term working relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Scheduling abilities.
- Solid communication skills.
- Current OSHA 10-hour training minimum.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Scheduling software.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems is a bonus.
- Be able to create and maintain detailed schedules.
- Skilled with Procore or other cloud-based project management platforms.
- Willing to travel sometimes based on project locations.
