We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for our client, a well-established law firm, in Philadelphia, PA. Ideal candidates will have experience in a professional services firm preferably related to the legal profession.
Responsibilities :
- Reviewing and producing invoices and processing checks
- Processing and posting incoming payments
- Posting credit card entries, reviewing receipts for accuracy
- Reconciling accounts
- Assist in general ledger activity review and analysis
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other areas as determined
- Administrative duties as assigned (mailing, copying, etc.)
Qualifications :
- 3+ years experience in an accounting clerk or similar position
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Comfortable and proficient in a deadline driven environment
- Detail oriented
- Goof verbal and written skills
