Director of Program Management
We are looking for a Director of PM to lead and support development managing a large, complex aerospace development project across internal and external stakeholders.
This role will develop and deploy oversee and coordinate projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support definition of aircraft development program management plans and processes
- Deploy, manage and oversee execution of the program management plans and processes across internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets, and work across stakeholders to meet program objectives
- Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with company leaders and stakeholders, suppliers and partners
- Define and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the development program
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of product development experience
- Must have program leadership experience in an aerospace development environment with experience in full lifecycle development of aerospace products
- Must have Aviation industry experience
- Ability to lead across multiple teams and companies
- MBA and PMP certification is a plus
