Business Systems Analyst Lead

Description :

Our client has an immediate need for a Business Systems Analyst Lead, who is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree is a plus
• 6+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience creating user-facing documentation supporting all levels of users low and high
• Organization skills with process maps for internal documentation; mapping out how everything is presented to users, making it easy for users to find things
• Experience with Visio process maps, SharePoint, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Word for sharing documentation
• Worked with Hadoop or similar, familiar with the language is a plus

Responsibilities :

• Familiar with process maps, and governance docs, and can help with project documentation
• Create and update internal documentation and process maps
• Develop comprehensive guides and FAQs for end-users to facilitate the migration to CDP Data Services (e.g., common issues, migration tasks, best practices)
• Assist in documenting any gaps identified during the migration process, ensuring clear action plans and solutions
