Employment Status : Full-Time, Exempt, Faculty

Start Date : August 2024

Schedule - M-F, 7 : 30 a.m.-3 : 30 p.m., following the school calendar

Reporting To : Early Childhood Learning Center Principal

Job Summary : E ducate preschool aged children, creating an engaging environment in which students can thrive and learn.

• Responsible for all instruction in preschool classroom, including care and nurture of all enrolled students
• Able to communicate effectively, possessing developed verbal and written interpersonal skills
• Able to assess the social e motional, academic developmental needs of the young child
• Plan engaging / creative appropriate instruction for the 2 year old child
• Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively, developing positive relationships with the ECLC staff, administrators, parents, and students
• Able to integrate Christian principles into the child's learning experiences and nurture their faith

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education PK-Grade 3
• Experience working with preschool and elementary age children
• Current Ohio teaching license
• Strong Christian background
• Familiar with Reggio Inspired Approach to Early Childhood Education
