We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager with a strong focus on spend management to join our team. The Procurement Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize spend across all categories.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions and drive cost savings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with procurement goals.
• Streamline procurement processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure quality and reliability.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and support company objectives.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement and supply chain management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role with a focus on spend management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Certification in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
