Contract-to-hire
This role will be responsible for welcoming new patients and updating and verifying their information.
Responsibilities :
- Calling patients and doctors to obtain missing information.
- Data entry as needed to update profiles and managing prescription information.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure utmost satisfaction and comfort for each patient.
- Handling issues, concerns and questions that come up and escalating as necessary.
Qualifications :
- Positive attitude.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and problem-solver.
