In this sales management position, you manage sales volume, expense control, market share, and revenue goals. Each day, you build and manage a dynamic, performance-driven team.
Serving as a leader, motivator, recruiter, and sales driver, you inspire your team to deliver 5-star service to our clients.
To exceed company sales targets, you teach your team how to communicate with customers and ensure a positive experience.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR
3+ years of HVAC sales experience
Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Are you able to react calmly under pressure to resolve conflict?
Can you effectively prioritize tasks while demonstrating good time management? Are you able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment?
Do you work well as part of a team? Are you an innovative and creative thinker? If yes, you might just be perfect for this heating and cooling position!

This position typically works Monday-Friday from 8 am - 5 pm .
