Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist (LFMT) to join our team as a Contract Therapist Licensed Professional Counselor.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse populations across multiple locations in Dallas, Navarro, and surrounding counties.

What you’ll do Provide cognitive behavioral family oriented, individual and / or group therapeutic mental health services, medication training, parenting skills training, and case management services Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and confidentiality requirements Document all clinical interactions accurately and maintain professional certification / licensure Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate care and referrals What you bring Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Texas State Board licensure as an LPC, LCSW or LFMT Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mental health, family counseling, or social work Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills A valid driver’s license Bilingual proficiency is a plus If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to hear from you!
