The P&C Client Manager performs a variety of activities related to the day-to-day administration of the Commercial Property & Casualty policies within the company.
This position works very closely with the P&C Team to help support, maintain, and grow the organization.
This position must demonstrate good judgment and be able to address all types of customer service issues with decisiveness.
In this position, successful candidates need to have adaptability, attention to detail, initiative, and strong listening / communication skills to work in a team-based environment.
Collaboration within a team environment is crucial in this position.

- 3+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience
- Experience with Management Lines of business (D&O, EPLI, Professional, Cyber) is a plus
- P&C License required
- Continuing Insurance Education activities are viewed favorably
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Applied EPIC and other integrated platforms such as INDIO and Tarmika is preferred, though not required
- Ability to Multitask, Delegate and Manage workloads and meet deadlines
- Be responsible, organized and an initiative-taker
Education and Certifications :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience encouraged
- License in Property & Casualty Insurance (AZ +)
- Industry Specific Education & Designations Encouraged

Salary : $70,000 to $90,000 annually, DOE
