We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and supports marketing, product, and communication goals.
Primary Responsibilities :
Title : Sr Consumer Experience Analyst
- Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative UIUX solutions to meet them.
- Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business. Often serves as a resource to marketing, experience and provider teams.
- Participates in the development of digital strategy and develops pioneering approach to emerging industry trends.
- Focuses on improving the hearing customer experience by collaborating with business stakeholders to understand the problems and offer navigational architecture, wireframes and user flow proposals.
- Serves as a digital eCommerce subject matter expert, skilled in optimizing the eComm experience from a design and development lens.
- Partner with business / IT teams to identify important insights. Ideate alongside teams to introduce incremental improvements from both a design capacity and keeping in mind the guardrails of the digital ecosystem.
- Support the evolution of the digital environment, utilization of its capabilities and continued support for expanding content management solutions.
- Develop and present strategies or creative briefs to leadership and key stakeholders to achieve buy-in, gather insights and facilitate the evolution of new or existing design ideas.
- Collaborate with business owners, process owners and technical stakeholders to identify specific requirements, lending support to the technical solution.
- Identify gaps between current state and desired state and help socialize the road map to improvement.
- Communicate ongoing status updates to all stakeholders to ensure continued understanding of and alignment with project status / updates.
- Identify, escalate and help resolve issues communicated by stakeholders.
- Translate highly complex IT jargon and concepts in a way that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
- Cultivate relationships with applicable internal business partners to drive support, and collaboration. Strong ability to influence leadership and cross-segment partners on new ideas or approaches.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years’ experience with UI and UX projectsAdept with UX / UI software including Figma, Adobe, Miro, SalesForce and intermediary experience with web development tools like Chrome, Visual Studio, LinuxFamiliarity with technical languages and libraries including, but not limited to HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & jQuery, PythonPreferred Qualifications :
3+ years MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.Preferred communications, visual design or coding backgroundPrevious Healthcare Industry experience.Excellent project management skillsAbility to meet deadlines, multi-task and execute on projects in a fast paced environmentGenerally work is self-directed and not prescribed.Works with less structured, more complex issues.Serves as a resource to others.Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and effectively establish priorities
