• $2,500 for full time
• $1,250 for part time
• Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CTA position. Bonus amount prorated for part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

MaineHealthhas a full-time opportunity for a Clinical TeamAssistant to join our Women's Health OB / GYN Clinic.We provide support across the whole spectrum of obstetric & gynecologic care, including cancer screening, reproductive health, and pregnancy options.

This is a dynamic clinic working with a diverse population of patients, and supporting residents completing their clinical rotations.

Candidates who have an interest in community health, and experience working with language interpreters is a plus. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

This position is 32hours during the Monday-Friday work week. Schedule flexibility available.

Summary :

The Clinical Team Assistant is responsible for performing daily patient service functions to support the clinical team in the delivery of patient care.

The Clinical Team Assistant functions under the license of a provider when performing clinical and other patient care responsibilities.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• 1. Education : Graduate of an accredited vocational program, community college, or university in the field of health sciences or a student in a health science program that required clinical experience for advancement;
• or completion of an MA program that did not require a clinical externship; or completion of a healthcare vocational program with a patient facing component;

or completion of the CTA apprentice program, or equivalent relevant clinical patient facing experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
