Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyebrow Threading Artist to join our team. As an Eyebrow Threading Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional threading services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to create perfectly shaped eyebrows tailored to each client's unique features.
Responsibilities :
Perform eyebrow threading services efficiently and accurately.Consult with clients to determine their desired eyebrow shape and recommend suitable styles based on their facial features and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the threading area, including disinfecting equipment and sanitizing hands between clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout the threading process.
Upsell additional services and products offered by the salon, such as eyebrow tinting or brow grooming products, to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyebrow threading to continually improve skills and offer innovative services to clients.
Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and personalized recommendations.Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the salon.
